1st gen incarnations are almost, always guaranteed to get an updated version in less than a year of its release. So no, I'm not getting an iPad now. Eventually though, when Apple incorporates a camera and all the trimmings that should have been there in the first place. =)

Lets face it this is the fastest tablet right now,eventhough it lacks some vital aspects and im sure bibilhin eto pag my xtra budget kahit my pc or mac sa bahay and whats with the big deal about multi-tasking?Kaya walang camera eto is simply lang ofcourse mababawasan ang benta ng mga apple computers pag nilagyan nila what a business tactician talaga si Steve.

kung ginawa ito panlaban sa netbook kukuha ako kaso.pinalaking ipod lang ito eh. i like the features pero hindi pwede magedit dito eh

Sad, but true. Nevertheless, it's still an awesome product to start with.

As it is right now, imho, it is simply the best ebook/document reader and light media player bar none. Why sit and wait for a pc/laptop to boot up when you could simply "slide to unlock" on a huge gorgeous screen?

there is an iWork app available for iPad. So I think konting panahon na lang siguradong magkakaruon din ng apps ang iPad na tulad ng Photoshop, etc..
