1- install latest version Itunes
2- Restore by itunes Original Firmware V3.1.2
3- use BlackRa1n
4- Restore again Custom Firmware V3.1.2

** I havent personally tried this, but the response / comments from the source are positive

tested working, i just use 3.1.2 OFW, run redsnow and then run install.bat

Para po ito sa mga walang wifi or sira ang wifi. First you need to jailbreak your Phone before use this .deb
how to use this? copy the .deb file to /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall you can use iphone folder
Link: iphonefolders.com/ Reboot your phone Done! Tested In my iphone cfw 3.1.3 without wifi!
