Hi. Sorry I have no idea how to post screenshots.... I hope JoseCarlo doesn't mind me borrowing a Pic off his post to show the example...

See the dock which shows an app icon underneath the transparent Stack's setting image. This makes it difficult to access that app because of the layer. For the settings image not to cover an app icon I placed a blank icon (from Cydia- comes out transparent, when you press the icons- they'll have an x so you can see them when screen wiggles) first followed by real app icons.

Stuff that goes into Stacks remains on the Springboard, I used BossProf's Poof to hide what I placed in the Stacks. I would just unhide from BossPref's whatever I felt should go back to the Springboard before removing from Stack.
