a cydia package to turn off the fw2.0's keyboard autocorrect feature has been released. it is a small script written by the guys from sendowski.de as the automated version of the manual TextInput_en.bundle file manipulation method.
note that there are is no GUI involved. the script runs in the background to do its thing during the package's installation. (i would actually recommend manually backing-up your TextInput_en.bundle file from the iphone's root/System/Library/TextInput/ directory to your desktop before this installation)
Installation instructions:
1) launch Cydia and go to the Repositories category.
2) Install "iPhone-notes.de 's Source"
3) after the installation, the iPhone-notes.de packages will be available.
4) In the category "Tweaks 2.0", install the package "asKB"
5) install asKB and exit Cydia.
*Step 1 to 3 is only needed if you do not have the iphone-notes.de source.
From then on, automatic correction will be turned off. to enable it, uninstall asKB from Cydia and everything will return as before.
