Sun has better speed based on my experience.

been using the plan for a couple of months now. (or year?)

a LOT better than both globe and smart.

I live in greenhills area, go around makati malls like rockwell, glorietta. ortigas malls like shang and podium. and tagaytay on weekends.

All of the places I've mentioned have good speed. (at the very least 200kbps) which can load your webpage, refresh and push your twitter + facebook +mail. so I'm good.

With globe I constantly find myself unable to load my webpages at certain spots.

I just recently applied for call and surf as well. I can text and call however I can't surf. Called up the Sun Hotline and they said they have no settings for the Iphone and also said that they have not activated me yet.

edit APN and set it to fbband, otherwise set it to minternet, user and pass blank

question can sun broadband wireless be used for voip coz im not sure if any of our telcos acctually allow voip over 3G

yup, I use voip over 3G all the time. The quality is not consistently good coz there is definitely a lag. But it's better than nothing.
