I suggest to use / purchase the original cable
Bought a Class A AV cable a couple of months ago, works fine when I was still on 2.2,
but when I updated to 3.0, its no longer working.
Im pretty sure it would be the same for Class A chargers

I own both chargers (orig and class A) and I think it's now harmful. Huwag mo lang overcharge. Or possible na magandang class A lang yung akin..

using 3.1.2 if it helps

I used to have an iPod Mini back in college. Bought a Class A charger for it a few years back. The thing broke the hardware of my iPod to the point that it was beyond repair. Pinaghirapan ko ring ipunan si iPod so I was extra miserable. I might've gotten one of few lemons but the experience turned me off Class A electronics for life.

IMHO, invest in original accessories.

if i'm not mistaken, an original charger costs 500? i think it's a small price to pay for your peace of mind. considering the cost of your iphone or ipod, saving a few hundred pesos on a fake charger might not be worth it

parang nakita ko sa powermac around 500 lang. i guess those are the class a chargers. 3 times the price! wow! question still remains the same though, is the price you're paying worth your peace of mind? it's still at least 20 times less than the phone. personally, i'm not going to pay for a 1790 peso PLUG.

Original iPhone has been said to have a mechanism that stop the device to be overcharged. Only rumours no facts though.

We constantly leave our demo iphones on the docks just about all day and all night. The 3 demos we have now have been on display since the 1st launch. You figure w/ the daily abuse of customers running all programs, sitting in chargers all night and day they would be jacked up but they're still going strong.

a post from another forum.

And I think PowerMac, The A.Shop, PodWorx and their staff will say the same thing.

if the 1,790 charger includes a USB cable then I guess it's not that overpriced I might get that one
