hi, just want to ask question regarding gmask. is it advisable to install gmask on iphone? or just have a good casing? cos some case does not fit on iphone with gmask. thanks

yes a skin (generally speaking and not limited to specific brands) is advisable to anyone who cares about the long-term aesthetic hardware quality of his device. a mere casing is fine also. but for those who are like me who is meticulous and fastidious to near perfection (i'm not oc), i recommend the former. i bet that 100% if you skipped the transparent skin and only relied with a casing, no matter how careful you are, your device will have at least 1 hairline scratch overtime.

By experience, i am using iPod Touch (almost 4 years old and used by my kid now) and iPhone 3G (almost 2 years old) and it doesnt have any single scratch on the front glass of both devices. So, I would say it is safe not to put any protector in the glass. At the back, it is very advisable to do so. Though iPhone 4 isn't recommended having the same quality of the front glass.

A normal cover will be enough to handle slight falls and frictions on surfaces.

I- shield does not give a 100% coverage.
It can't cover the curve edges, 4 corners n the back camera area. In my experience these expose areas can cause more damage and start peeling easily.
2 replacement in 1 month. 200 pesos per replacement. I never use I-shield again.

I will fit but I think you do not need the Griffin case if you already use the ishield because it is already sufficient.

barely 2 months with invisibleshield installed, i noticed a yellow tinge overall. i noticed this only when i placed it side by side backside up with a nokia 6700 classic. but when you see it without comparison, it's clear. in conclusion: the invisibleshield turns yellowish. not much. but obvious if you compare it with another device without invisibleshield.

i have no screenshots at the moment.

test: place 2 ipod touch side by side backside up on a table under fluorescent or natural light. one has no skin. one has invisibleshield installed give it say 2month old. tell me there's no slight yellow tinge

If you put invisible shield on an iphone 4, will it still fit in one of those capdase silicone cases?
