it's elementary that the reason we buy a headset is for our handsfree use of our device, specially here at applei, with our iDevices. well, look no more further, the jabra street is here. lol.
to the seller, pls don't forget to inform prospective buyers that the jabra support FAQ says:
While it is possible to stream stereo music from your iPhone or Apple iPod touch to your Bluetooth device, currently iPhone or iPod touch DO NOT SUPPORT the remote controlling functions of Bluetooth headsets (e.g. Play, Pause, Stop, Track Skip). Therefore, YOU'LL HAVE TO USE your iPhone / iPod Touch to control your music.
heads up! happy buying

I believe our membership is intelligent enough to know that AVRCP is not yet existent, much less supported, on the current iOS, 4.02, as well as previous iOSs Additionally, yes, I do inform our buyers of such limitations (you can search the forums on how extensively I, among others, discuss this )
For our members who can't wait for the much talked about availability of AVRCP in iOS4.1, there is an alternative in Cydia called Music Control. It is a paid app and what it does is provide AVRCP where Apple forgot to There is a trial period so feel free to try it out. Highly recommended purchase since I am also using it for my Jabra Halo and am very much satisfied with it

Hi Sir Daffy,
I'm planning on buying Jabra Street (BT3030) but I have some questions first.
1. Is the sound quality good when used on calls? I have a bluetooth headset kasi and laging hindi ako naririnig nung kausap ko when I'm using it. Choppy daw ang line. Is this the same with Jabra Street?
2. How much is the price? Thanks!

@DaffyDgeek
I'm also hoping to get a Jabra unit for you in September (for a good price ). It's for my mom's birthday. She's a doctor and a bluetooth headset will definitely come in handy during operations.
Could you please also recommend what model to get since I know nothing about bluetooth headsets. THANKS! Making phone calls would be the most important thing but music streaming would also be nice (if kasya sa budget). She uses a Nokia e71.
