I guess it's better to post this incident in youtube and other blogs until such time Apple notices this. Let others be aware of this danger. This is a serious case as I myself loves apple products which have been part of my life from iPod, iPhone, iMac, etc.

Indeed! This is very disturbing...My 7-yr old niece owns one and she uses it on a daily basis. Definitely i don't want her to experience this...

A 10year old cousin of mine is also in love with IPOD Nano too so this incident should be looked at seriously.
