try this...
Open Windows Explorer, Go to Tools then Folder Options
Go to Tab, then View > drop down menu go for Hidden files and folder and check it.

Source of the OFWs posted on first page is directly from the Apple servers. If it is blocked at your office, i'm sure your IT guys have a pretty good reason for it

I would reccomend to try to get it from home instead.. Less risk of being fired perhaps?
