ItsmeINA, what do you mean when you say "may na download"? This statement kind of hints that you did not get the app legally?

OffMaps is a $3.99 app and if you read the description, it had emphasized "DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION!!.. BUY THE NEW VERSION OFFMAPS 2"

My advice... read the app's description page, and get/buy your apps from the Appstore..

My other advice - read the Site Rules and understand them well :-)

Have a great day ahead..

1) Install Zeppelin via Cydia
2) Create a Folder (with any appropriate name that you like) where you will place the PNGs of the custom carrier logo of your choice on your PC/MAC
3) Place your custom logos/images into that folder and label the them as:
"black@2x.png" for custom logos to appear on black status bar
"silver@2x.png" for custom logos to appear on silver status bar
"etched@2x.png" for custom logos to appear on notification status bar
4) Using your favorite SSH client, copy this folder into your iDevice to: /Library/Zepellin
5) Access Zepellin via Settings>Zepellin
6) Choose your theme and tap "Apply and respring"

Congratulations! Now you have your custom logo. :)

Sir i just install [PIRACY], afc2add, voiceutils, siritoggles and hands free for siri. Then my common apps are viber, skype,fb and ym. I always notice it hangs when i use viber or someone send me message or call from it.

MOD NOTE: applei has ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY regarding piracy. Read site rules. Let this serve as a warning. Further violations will merit an account ban.

Hi. Does apple honor warranty on factory unlocked units nowadays? Or should i get a unit from smart or globe? Thanks
Apple always honors valid warranty claims. The thing is for the iPhones, you will need to either claim from the country of origin or a country that has an Apple Authorized Service Provider. :-)

As to your question on whether to get from Smart or Globe, is entirely up to you. But if you were to ask me, my question to you would be "Why get a carrier-locked unit when you already have a factory unlocked one?". If warranty is a worry, you'd be surprised how fast one year goes by :-)

While I understand your concern about having to send back the unit to, let's say Singapore,, the total cost of shipping and wait, will be more than the cost of repairs if done locally.:-)

international warranty does not apply here because we do not have an AppleStore here. POWERMAC is just a reseller and they only honor the international warranty for all Apple products except the iPhone. still they send the defective devices in AppleStore Singapore which is the nearest from our country. better to purchase it either from Globe or Smart but it is only lock to its provider

If you don't know how to do it, I suggest, DO NOT DIY your iPhone. Like I said, it is much better if you give DJGT a visit for a proper check-up of your phone, since it's still working and only the vibrate causing the black-out.

Thanks mclaren!

Today I was able to restore it completely. From being jailbroken, since I have read something about booting success rate between Jailed & Jailbroken. 1% for Jailbroken & 99% for Jailed.

I activated vibrate mode once again. Confirmed, it trigger blockout again.

I think it needs to be re-assembled. Any suggestions guys?

Yup! this is 100% true.
However, as what I mentioned above, if the baseband for the iPhone 4 is not 1.59.00,
there is no use for a CFW - since as if this writing, there is no unlock.

Good evening!

Just want to inquire po if how much pa repair ng iPhone na minsan blackout then after mag batt flat. So I need to wait again para mag drain yung batt. It is like parang may nag rurun na apps background pero wala syang display. Then medyo mainit yung phone, which is parang nag mumulti-tasking kaya mabilis ma drain yung batt but walang display. I tried hard reset pero walang nangyare. Kailangan talaga drained yung battery.

2 times na nangyare ganung scenario. Na blackout then after 12 hours or pag malamig na yung phone which is parang flat na yung batt. Mabubuksan mo na sya as norma indicating with very low batter warning icon. then nag chacharge na ng normal din. I dunno kung naalog yung parts sa loob nung bumagsak sya. Basta pag nagvibrate sya nag tritrigger yung blackout.

Could be a shattered hardware part/s when it dropped. Better contact/visit DJGT Decode and have them check your phone :). DJGT contact on first post of this thread.

Good evening!

Just want to inquire po if how much pa repair ng iPhone na minsan blackout then after mag batt flat. So I need to wait again para mag drain yung batt. It is like parang may nag rurun na apps background pero wala syang display. Then medyo mainit yung phone, which is parang nag mumulti-tasking kaya mabilis ma drain yung batt but walang display. I tried hard reset pero walang nangyare. Kailangan talaga drained yung battery.

2 times na nangyare ganung scenario. Na blackout then after 12 hours or pag malamig na yung phone which is parang flat na yung batt. Mabubuksan mo na sya as norma indicating with very low batter warning icon. then nag chacharge na ng normal din. I dunno kung naalog yung parts sa loob nung bumagsak sya. Basta pag nagvibrate sya nag tritrigger yung blackout.
